At OHELIOS, we provide you with professional and certified technical installation for the air-conditioning and heat pumps you purchase from us. Our service covers the entire European Union through partnerships with specialized professionals close to the area of ​​your order. The installation cost starts from 99€ (per external unit) and is structured according to the requirements of the project.

What our service includes:

Preparation and assembly: Includes all stages, such as drilling walls, creating electrical connections, expanded connections and installing the device.

Full commissioning: Test operation of the device (cooling and heating), evacuation with a vacuum pump, filling with refrigerant and checking for leaks with nitrogen.

Instructions for use: After the installation is complete, we provide detailed instructions for the correct use of the device.

Certifications and Documentation: All required documents, such as installation logs and test protocols, are delivered to the customer.

Important Information:

1. Completion time: Installation delivery is within 1-7 months from order, depending on current order volume and availability of specialized partners.

2. Remote areas: For areas requiring overnight stays by technicians, additional charges may apply.

3. Extra work: Plastering, painting or other adjustments (e.g. scaffolding) are not included and are charged upon agreement.

4. Special conditions: In cases where additional cables, drilling or installation on a different floor are required, the charge is adjusted upon confirmation.

Service Conditions:

Purchase from OHELIOS: The installation service is available exclusively for products purchased from us.

Harmonization with EU 517/2014: The installation and commissioning of our systems is carried out by certified partners, in accordance with European legislation.

Additional Accessories (not included):

Wall or ceiling consoles.

Condensate pumps.

Installation ducts.

Wi-Fi modules or KNX controllers (unless already included).

Special housings for outdoor units.

Charging and Procedure:

The cost is calculated per outdoor unit and depends on:

Installation requirements.

The distance from the nearest partner.

Any additional services (e.g. overnight stay in remote areas).

The final amount is settled after the installation is completed, while all payments are made in advance.
