Cost and Procedure Technical installation starts from 199 euros per outdoor unit and includes:

Assembly: Preparation of the equipment for full operation.

Connection and Adjustment: Installation of all pipes and cables required for the operation of the heat pump.

Commissioning: Technical check and first operational test for smooth system performance.

Please note that the final cost of the installation may be adjusted depending on:

The complexity of the installation.

The customer's location (e.g. remote areas).

Any additional services or materials that may be required.

What is Included in the Installation Package
Our service includes:

Travel time and travel costs of the technical team.

Drilling holes (up to 60 mm) in brick or plasterboard walls.

Installation of pipes and cables based on the needs of the installation.

Leakage test with nitrogen (40 bar) and evacuation with a 2-stage high-performance vacuum pump.

Filling the system with the appropriate refrigerant.

Test operation of the heat pump in all conditions (cooling and heating).

Provision of documentation, such as a logbook and test protocols.

Important Information

1. The heat pump system must have been purchased from OHELIOS.

2. All main supply lines (electricity and plumbing) must be ready for connection before installation.

3. Excavation, foundation and/or additional technical interventions are only carried out after a special agreement.

4. Any work requiring the use of additional tools (e.g. scaffolding or hoists) may be charged additionally.

Not Included in the Price

Support or floor consoles.

Condensate pumps or accessories, such as mud separators and expansion valves.

Wi-Fi and KNX accessories (unless included in the product).

Plastering, painting and wallpapering works.
