1. Below, you can find the list of our bank accounts, where you can choose the most convenient option for depositing the final amount of your order. For better service, please provide your full name as the reason for the transfer. After completing your transaction, kindly send us the deposit receipt via email or inform us by phone.
Prepayment
Transfer the amount resulting from your order to our bank account. Please note that your order can only be dispatched after the full amount is credited. When making the transfer, include the reason as stated in the email message you received, and always pay for your individual orders separately to ensure automatic matching with the amounts.
Once your transfer is completed, the amount will be debited from your account immediately. However, it will be credited to our bank account within 1-3 business days. As soon as we receive your payment in our account, your order will be delivered within the specified delivery time.
2. By choosing to pay via Paypal, the following procedure is followed:

On the PayPal page, you can either log in to your existing PayPal account and confirm the payment, or you can log in without a PayPal account as a guest and proceed with the payment.
Once we confirm your payment, your order will be processed, and the goods will be dispatched by our partner manufacturers.
3. Klarna (Bank Transfer)
At ohelios.com, you can also pay easily and securely via direct bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung). Immediately after completing the ordering process, you will be directed to a pre-filled form to execute the immediate transfer. Verify the amount and recipient of the transfer as stated in the form. Then, enter your online banking access details in the secure payment form. After receiving your TAN code (e.g., on your mobile device), enter it and confirm the payment to ohelios.
4. Credit Card
At ohelios.com, you can easily and conveniently pay by credit card.
Your credit card details are transmitted encrypted to a secure SSL environment, meaning that your payment by credit card to ohelios meets the requirements of one of the strictest security standards. Follow the instructions provided there to allow us to process your order as soon as possible.
Invoice Issuance. Invoice
In general, we offer the option of purchasing against an invoice to our professional customers. During the ordering process, your creditworthiness will be checked, and it will be automatically determined if we can offer you this payment method. If this is not possible, we reserve the right to change the payment method.
If you order against an invoice, the invoice will be sent to you via email as a PDF file.
You are required to settle the invoice within 5 days of the product delivery. Your invoice contains all the necessary information you will need to transfer the invoice amount to ohelios's bank account. During payment, please note that your transfer will be credited only after 1 - 3 business days to ohelios's bank account.
At ohelios.com, you have the option to choose whether you want a retail receipt or an invoice for your order. An invoice is issued to companies and freelancers, provided they fill in the following details during their order: company name, address, telephone number, VAT number, tax office, and company status for freelancers.
