This is a TCL heat pump monoblock system designed for air-to-water heating, cooling, and domestic hot water usage (DHW). It can also be combined with a backup heating source such as an electric water heater, gas boiler, or solar water heater for optimal application. The eco-friendly refrigerant R32 has a low global warming potential (GWP = 675), minimal impact on the ozone layer, reduced carbon emissions, and higher heat transfer coefficient. It also performs well in challenging conditions, with lower pressure loss and no temperature fluctuations. Additionally, it requires less refrigerant (approximately 0.71 times) compared to R410A, making it easier to acquire and with a smaller filling volume.

Smart application control allows for easy operation, including Cascade control mode setting, recording of power consumption, and prioritizing hot water. The unit displays important information such as temperature, pump flow rate, and timer adjustment, making it beneficial for underfloor heating/cooling, fan coil and radiator connections.
